Where this pays for itself

A rep needs a quote validated before sending it to the customer
A late-stage opportunity needs fast technical review and redesign
An account team needs senior support on a customer call
A customer requirement is incomplete and discovery needs to be tightened
An RFP response needs technical structure and stronger positioning
A quote needs product alternatives, vendor substitutions, or lead-time workarounds without breaking the solution

About

Because weak discovery creates expensive problems downstream.

If discovery is weak, everything downstream gets worse: architecture, BOM accuracy, licensing, pricing, timeline, implementation risk, and customer trust. My role is to tighten that chain before it breaks.

I help teams challenge assumptions early, prevent avoidable technical mistakes, and return to the customer with cleaner, more credible solutions.

FAQ

A few questions clients usually ask.

Clear answers for how I work, who I support, and where I create the most value.

I already have a sales engineer — when does it make sense to bring you in?

Most engagements are not a replacement for your existing team. They are overflow support for high-complexity opportunities, urgent late-stage deals, or when your SE is already committed elsewhere. Many partners bring me in specifically because their internal resource is overloaded and a deal cannot wait.

How quickly can you turn something around?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours depending on scope. For same-day or urgent needs, Emergency Deal Support is designed for exactly that. If something needs to go out today, reach out directly — that is what the emergency rate exists for.

Do you work fractionally or project-by-project?

Both. Some relationships are ongoing fractional arrangements where I am a consistent part of a team's deal process. Others are single-project engagements — one quote, one architecture review, one RFP response. There is no minimum commitment required to start.

How is your review different from just asking the vendor?

Vendors are optimized to sell their product. My job is to protect your deal — catching compatibility gaps, licensing issues, missing discovery, and design risks before they become delivery problems, RMAs, or margin loss. I do not have a product to push.
